<p>The present invention relates to a safety sign sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. The safety sign sheet is formed by applying a seat member made of a polyester (PE) material to a safety sign plate of a telephone pole. The sheet member is molded to have a single color; has physical properties reinforced by an electron beam crosslinking process; has improved signal legibility and retro-reflection by a safety indication pattern formed on the surface thereof using a hologram film sheet; and is conveniently installed by a geared band coupling means. As a practical means, the safety sign sheet comprises: a concave-convex coupling part and an auxiliary coupling projection formed on a monochrome sheet member; a concave-convex fixating member prepared as an auxiliary means to fixate the sheet on the outer circumferential surface of a telephone pole; and a hologram film sheet attached to the surface of the sheet. In addition, the manufacturing method thereof comprises processes of: injecting a pigment; stirring the pigment; molding a sheet; forming a connection; cross-linking the sheet; and finishing a product.</p> |
