Abstract The invention concerns an operator unit for driving a closure, the operator unit including: a motor for driving a motor shaft arranged to drive the closure; an inverter arranged to supply electrical power to the motor; a heat sink assembly arranged in thermal communication with the inverter; and a cooling assembly including a fan comprising fan blades mounted on and rotated by said motor shaft, wherein the cooling assembly and the heat sink assembly are mounted in proximity to one another at or near one end of the motor, the fan blades providing a flow of air to effect the cooling of the heat sink assembly.
