PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky-adhesive sheet for optical use, in which generation of tacky adhesive agent strain can be suppressed effectively when the tacky-adhesive sheet for optical use is punched and to provide a method for producing the tacky-adhesive sheet for optical use.SOLUTION: The method for producing the tacky-adhesive sheet for optical use, in which a tacky-adhesive body having a first separator on at least one surface side is punched to produce the tacky-adhesive sheet having a predetermined shape, comprises the steps of: peeling the first separator from the tacky-adhesive body; sticking a second separator to the resulting tacky-adhesive body; and punching the second separator-stuck tacky-adhesive body in such a state that the peel force between the tacky-adhesive body and the second separator is low.
