PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique allowing deterioration in a resin seat frame to be easily determined in a saddle-riding type vehicle equipped with the resin seat frame.SOLUTION: A motor cycle is equipped with a seat frame 38 for supporting a seat, where a metal collar 83 formed in the seat frame 38 is formed in an elliptical shape and covered with a resin member 84 in a fastening direction. The seat frame 38 is fastened to a vehicle body frame by a lower part fastening portion 91 and an upper part fastening portion 92. The seat frame 38 comprises a deterioration displaying portion 100 which when the resin member 84 positioned at an inner diameter side of the metal collar 83 is deformed by a predetermined load, displays the deterioration in the seat frame 38 by moving the upper part fastening portion 92 with the lower part fastening portion 91 as an axle.
