PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system capable of further improving convenience of a specific user of a wheelchair, etc.SOLUTION: A hall user detection sensor (16) for detecting whether or not there is a specific user in a prescribed area of a hall is provided in each hall. When there is a special call registration by special call registration means (13) of a certain floor, an elevator control device causes the hall user detection sensor provided in the hall of that floor to be operated in response to the special call registration, and detects whether or not there is a specific user in the hall of the floor, and when the presence of a specific user is detected, the control device performs a special operation by which the specific user is caused to get into a car preferentially. When the presence of a specific user is not detected, it performs a normal operation. |
