PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong inhibitor for a &bgr;-secretase or a &bgr;-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme (BACE) for an amyloid &bgr; peptide which is a neurotoxin of Alzheimer's disease or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a BACE inhibitor represented by the formula I. (n is an integer of 0 to 2; Ris pyridinyl which is optionally substituted by one or two substituents each individually selected from pyrazinyl, or chloro, fluoro and C1 to C3 alkoxy which are optionally substituted by pyrimidinyl, chloro or fluoro.) |
