PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric brake device capable of preventing occurrence of an operation noise without damaging the function as a brake.SOLUTION: An electric brake device is provided with a brake rotor, a brake pad, an electric motor 2, a translatory mechanism and a control unit 9. The control unit 9 comprises: a control function part 40 for motor angular speed controlling the angular speed of the electric motor 2; differential value calculation means 44 calculating the differential value of a brake command value; and differential value-corresponding angular speed control means 41 which controls the angular speed of the motor 2 in a low state by the control function part 40 as the differential value calculated by the calculation means 44 gets smaller. |
