1. An intraocular lens comprising a lens body of a transparent material configured to be fixed in an eyeball, the lens body having a front center portion, the front center portion having a periphery and including an optical pupil to provide a pinhole effect at the front center portion of the lens body, the optical pupil being constituted by a limitative pattern that is formed only in the periphery of the front center portion of the lens body to limit part of an optical path, the overall size of the limitative pattern being smaller than a size of the pupil formed by the iris of the eyeball in night vision, the limitative pattern having an outer peripheral edge, the overall shape of the limitative pattern being a shape discontinuously formed along the outer peripheral edge, the limitative pattern consisting of six equal sized and equally spaced thin radial patterns at a pitch greater than twice a width of each of the thin radial patterns. |
