<p>PURPOSE: A method for controlling map interworking with application and a mobile terminal using the same are provided to display object identification information for distinguishing the object based on the location information of the object selected from the map. CONSTITUTION: A memory(160) stores a map image data including a plurality of entities, location information of the entities, object identification information associated with the location information of entity, and a phone book. A controller(180) searches and extracts the object identification information from the phone book, and displays the map image data and the object identification information on a display module(151).</p> |
