PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-supply device that allows being easily downsized and reducing noise.SOLUTION: A power-supply device 1 includes: a transformer 2 including a primary coil, a secondary coil, and a core 23 composed of a magnetic material; a semiconductor element 3 connected to the secondary coil side of the transformer 2 and constituting a rectifier circuit; and a base plate 5 mounting these components. The transformer 2 is a stacked arrangement component that is stacked and arranged in a normal direction of a mounting surface 51 of the base plate 5 to the semiconductor element 3. The semiconductor element 3 is arranged on the base plate 5 side of the stacked arrangement component. When viewed from the normal direction of the mounting surface 51 of the base plate 5, the core 23, the primary coil, and the secondary coil of the transformer 2 are overlapped with the semiconductor element 3. |
