PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element which makes possible to achieve both a low drive voltage and a superior light-emitting property; an organic metal complex compound used therefor; a light-emitting device arranged by use of such element; and a luminaire.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent element comprises: a pair of electrodes; and a light-emitting layer between the pair of electrodes, which includes a layer including a compound expressed by the general formula (I) below. In the general formula (I), L represents a divalent coupling group; Qand Qindependently represent an aromatic or aliphatic heterocycle coordinated by N to Pt; Xrepresents a six-membered ring including at least one N; Q, Q, and Xmay independently have a substituent group; Xrepresents S, P, O, or N; and Xrepresents C, S, or P. |
