PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for amplifying nucleic acid capable of PCR amplification even if a lot of contaminants derived from a biological sample exist, in a PCR containing dUTP as a substrate.SOLUTION: A method for amplifying nucleic acid is the method amplifying a target nucleic acid in a biological sample by adding a biological sample which does not undergo a purification step into nucleic acid amplification reaction liquid. The enzyme used for the amplification is DNA polymerase belonging to family B and deoxyuridine (dUTP) is contained in a reaction solution. |
