<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve proper correction processing, even when a large number of defective pixels exist around a defective pixel.SOLUTION: An image processing device processing an image obtained by an imaging apparatus capable of performing photographing in a first gain mode and in a second gain mode different from the first gain mode acquires first defect information indicating the position of the defective pixel in the first gain mode of the imaging apparatus and second defect information indicating the position of the defective pixel in the second gain mode. The image processing device switches selection between first correction processing for correcting the defective pixel by using a pixel around the defective pixel in a first image and second correction processing for correcting the defective pixel by using the corresponding pixel of a second image obtained in the second gain mode, on the basis of the first defect information and the second defect information.</p> |
