<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of separating and recovering a target substance while ensuring a stable operation of a device.SOLUTION: A chromatography device 100 includes: a plurality of separation columns 1A, 1B, 1C; a plurality of solution reservoirs 5, 6, 7, 8, 9; a selection valve 15; pressure sensors 47, 48, 49 provided on upstream sides of each of the separation columns 1A, 1B, 1C; and a control device 40. The control device 40 stops liquid feeding to the separation column in which an abnormality from the solution reservoirs 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 is detected through the selection valve 15 when the pressure sensor 47, 48, 49 detect abnormal pressure, and supplies a solution from the solution reservoirs 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 to the remaining separation columns in which the abnormality is not detected according to a previously prepared program for the abnormality, and continues purification treatment of a target substance.</p> |
