PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bisoprolol-containing patch formulation which is excellent in temporal stability of bisoprolol contained in an adhesive layer, and to provide a packed body of the bisoprolol-containing patch formulation which is excellent in usability and portability.SOLUTION: In the patch formulation which has a support, and an adhesive layer containing bisoprolol on at least one face of it, a water content of the adhesive layer is 10,000 ppm or less.
