The method includes: detecting an active/inactive status of at least one terminal location information collection operation of a terminal; detecting a connection status and/or a service status of the terminal; and stopping all active terminal location information collection operations if the connection status and/or the service status of the terminal meets a first preset condition; or, starting at least one inactive terminal location information collection operation if the connection status and/or the service status of the terminal meets a second preset condition. The embodiments of the present invention save electrical energy of the terminal. |
