PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive laminate having a resin layer configured to absorb ultraviolet light, capable of suppressing occurrence of spots on a surface of the resin layer, and also to provide a touch panel.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive laminate 10 includes: a substrate 11; a first transparent electrode layer 13a; a second transparent electrode layer 13b opposing to the first transparent electrode layer across the substrate 11; resin layers 12a, 12b having a function to absorb ultraviolet light and formed at least in one location between the substrate 11 and the first transparent electrode layer 13a and between the substrate 11 and the second transparent electrode layer 13b. The resin layers 12a, 12b include an acrylic monomer, and a resin obtained by copolymerization of an acrylic acid vinyl ester monomer and an ultraviolet light absorber. The mean molecular weight of the resin obtained by the copolymerization is 300 thousand or less. |
