PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the grasp of the depth of a stereo image generated in response to an instruction to change the depth.SOLUTION: A determination part 103 divides a photographic image photographed by a photographing unit 101 into a left-eye image and a right-eye image and stores them in a left-eye image storage unit 104 and a right-eye image storage unit 105. An image generator 107 generates a stereo image from the stored left-eye image and right-eye image. An output part 108 displays the stereo image on a monitor 109. The image generator 107 generates the stereo image by adjusting the left-eye image and right-eye image in response to the instruction to change the depth.
