ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE OF GUARD FENCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure capable of effectively reinforcing a furring strip of a guard fence.SOLUTION: The guard fence 1 comprises the furring strip 20 and a vertical grid panel 30 for connecting both furring strips 20. The furring strip 20 comprises a slit 21s extending over the total length and a vertical grid panel support part 22 expansively opened in an inverse wedge shape toward the inside from both edges of the slit 21s. The vertical grid panel 30 comprises a vertical grid 31 juxtaposed in the longitudinal direction of the furring strip 20 and an interval holding material 32 for holding a juxtaposition interval of the vertical grid 31 in an equal interval. The interval holding material 32 comprises a vertical grid holding part 32a mutually connected to an end part of the vertical grid 31 and a furring strip engaging part 32b engaging in a wedge shape with the vertical grid panel support part 22. Since the furring strip engaging part 32b of the interval holding material 32 is brought into pressure contact with the vertical grid panel support part 22 of the furring strip 20 by a load of the vertical grid panel 30, the interval holding material 32 is integrated with the furring strip 20 by the wedge effect, and the furring strip 20 is reinforced by the interval holding material 32.
