<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid container for replenishment, and an ink jet recorder having the same capable of reducing a risk of spilling an ink and a solvent when replenishing the ink or the solvent.SOLUTION: A liquid container for replenishment includes: a liquid container having a liquid storage part for accommodating an ink or a solvent and a path part for outflowing the liquid in communication with the liquid storage part; and a detachable cap which can be attached to or detached from the liquid storage part, and has a rib on an inner side. Because a first screw part is formed on an outer wall peripheral surface of the path part of the liquid container, and a second screw part engaging with the first screw part is formed on an inner wall peripheral side of the detachable cap, the detachable cap can be attached to or detached from the liquid supply part. Corresponding to a degree of engagement between the first and second screw parts, a position of the rib moves relatively to a screw rotary shaft direction, and thus whether or not liquid can be flowed out to the outside from the path part is switched.</p> |
