A roller tappet (10) comprises a roller (100) and a roller shoe (110) in which the roller (100) is rotatably mounted. The roller shoe (110) has a first lateral surface (S110a) with a recess (111) for receiving the roller (100). The roller shoe (110) additionally has a second lateral surface (S110b) opposite the first lateral surface (S110a), and the roller shoe (110) has a third lateral surface (S110c) between the first and the second lateral surface (S110a, S110b). The third lateral surface (S110c) and at least one part (112) of the second lateral surface (S110b) are both curved. |
