<p>The present invention does not have to be inserted into an earhole and eliminates obstructive external wiring. A sound collector is provided with: a sound collection unit (2) which collects ambient sound and transmits the ambient sound as an acoustic signal by radio; and a sound emission unit (3) which comprises a speaker (22), a mounting unit (21) that is mounted to the head and allows the speaker (22) to be disposed at a predetermined position apart from an earhole, a reception unit (23) that receives the acoustic signal from the sound collection unit (2), and an amplification unit (24) that amplifies the received acoustic signal and outputs the amplified acoustic signal to the speaker (22), the sound emission unit being formed separately from the sound collection unit (2). The mounting unit (21) comprises an arch-shaped band part (31) which is elastic and houses the reception unit (23) and the amplification unit (24) therein, a pair of mounting pads (32) which are connected to respective leading ends (31a) of the band part (31) and are each pressed against the vicinity of the temple by the elastic force of the band part (31), and a pair of support arms (33) which each extend from each of the mounting pads (32) while being inclined backward, and support the speaker (22) attached to the leading end thereof at a predetermined position located beside the earhole while being oriented to the earhole.</p> |
