The present invention relates to hot rolling equipment having a descaling device wherein a supercooling portion is recuperated by the heat of a bar itself; thereby reducing the temperature difference in a width direction, and preventing a surface of the bar from being oxidized and defective during recuperation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hot rolling equipment having a function of preventing a surface defect and a descaling device comprises: a recuperator installed between the descaling device and a finishing mill, having an inner space wherein the bar is accommodated for the supercooling portion wherein coolant is overlapped and spread toward the width direction of the bar in the descaling device to be recuperated by the heat of the bar itself. |
