The present invention relates to a cable laying device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cable laying device includes: a gripper which is combined with a cable to advance and retreat, binds the cable when the gripper moves in a transfer direction of the cable, and releases combination when the gripper moves in a reverse direction; a main body which is fixed on the cable tray; a driving device which is installed on the main body; a driving link which is connected to the driving device and rotates in a forward direction and a reverse direction in a range of a set angle by the operation of the driving device; and a driven link of which one side is connected to be rotatable and of which the other side is connected to be rotatable to the gripper.
