The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device. More particularly, the present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device capable of representing an excellent efficiency through luminance improvement. The organic light emitting display device according to the present invention includes: a substrate; a plurality of thin film transistors formed at a plurality of pixel regions defined by crossing a plurality of gate lines and data lines formed on the substrate; a plurality of organic lighting emitting diodes formed at an upper portion of the thin film transistor and electrically connected to the thin film transistors; a black matrix layer formed between adjacent organic light emitting diodes; and a laminate coating layer coated on a surface of the black matrix layer, and including materials having different refractive indexes. |
