A high humidity environment determination unit 44 determines whether to be under a high humidity environment, on the basis of two heater resistance values obtained by a heater resistance value acquisition unit 42. A deceleration determination unit 45 determines whether to be in a decelerated state, on the basis of a cumulative time in the reductive gas state until now and a cumulative time under the high humidity environment until now.</p> |
