MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLOORING DECORATIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring decorative sheet that exhibits the superior interlaminar strength even when a transparent resin layer has a thickness of 200μm or more.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a flooring decorative sheet is provided in which at least a transparent adhesive layer 3, a transparent resin layer and a transparent surface protection layer 5 are stacked sequentially on a base material sheet 1. The flooring decorative sheet satisfies the following: (1) the transparent resin layer has a thickness of 200μm or more, and comprises two layers of a first transparent resin layer 4-1 and a second transparent resin layer 4-2 from the side of the transparent adhesive layer; and (2) the first transparent resin layer has a thickness of 40-120μm, and the second transparent resin layer has a thickness of 7 times or less of the thickness of the first transparent resin layer and is 80-450μm. The manufacturing method sequentially includes: (i) step 1 of forming the first transparent resin layer on the transparent adhesive layer by an extruded film production; (ii) step 2 of curing the first transparent resin layer at 10-80°C for 12 hours or more; and (iii) step 3 of laminating the second transparent resin layer on the first transparent resin layer.
