PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a distortion component of a correction object to be changed by adjusting a geometric arrangement of a support point in accordance with aberration of an imaging optical system.SOLUTION: An aberration correction device comprises: a plate-like mirror 11 that is arranged at a position conjugate with a pupil surface of an optical system composed of an imaging optical system 1 and a focal plane detector 2, and reflects light emerging from the imaging optical system 1; a stationary casing 12 that holds support points 14a and 14b supporting a rear surface 11b of the mirror 11; a mirror support board 15 that holds support points 17a and 17b supporting the rear surface 11b of the mirror 11; and a movable part 18 that displaces the mirror support board 15. A control device 5 controls an amount of displacement of the mirror support board 15 by the movable part 18.
