The present invention relates to a safe discharge device for an aluminum refrigerant pipe allowing a finished refrigerant pipe to be safely discharged, which is timely and economically advantageous by minimizing a defect rate occurred due to damage such as an external scratch or a dent of the refrigerant pipe caused by carelessness when the refrigerant pipe is finished and discharged. The present invention comprises: a transport unit transferring aluminum pipes aligned in a transverse direction; a cutting unit cutting a plurality of aluminum pipes transferred in the transverse direction; and a discharge unit discharging the cut aluminum pipes. The discharge unit includes: a sliding plate having an integrated escape prevention wall for the aluminum pipes cut from the cutting unit to be slid and discharged; a length control means unit transferring a rail in a longitudinal direction in a side portion of the sliding plate; a housing having a height control unit to be able to adjust the height in four corners of a frame in contact with the floor surface in a lower portion of the sliding plate; a fall prevention plate provided on an upper surface of the housing to be opened and closed by a cylinder; and a discharge accommodation unit which is formed in a lower portion of the housing and accommodates aluminum pipes fallen by opening of the fall prevention plate.
