Disclosed is a snap button that is configured to be able to manufacture a male snap button and a female snap button via the same base part, has workability and productivity for manufacturing a snap button improved, and has production costs reduced. The disclosed snap button is composed of a male snap button and a female snap button. The male snap button comprises: a base part having an accommodation groove formed in the middle of an upper surface, having a penetrating hole formed in the middle of the accommodation groove, and composed of a ring-shaped fixing tube protruding upward along the edge of the accommodation groove; and a snap pin part configured to be injected from the upper side of the base part into the penetrating hole and protrude below the lower side of the base part, having a snap pin with a coupling protrusion at a lower end, and composed of a fixing plate integrally formed at the upper end of the snap pin, arranged to correspond the diameter of the accommodation groove and accommodated in the accommodation groove. The fixing plate can be combined and fixed inside the accommodation groove by a folded fixing part formed by injecting the snap pin of the snap pin part into the penetrating hole of the base part to accommodate the fixing plate in the accommodation groove and hitting the fixing tube with the punch of a die to fold the fixing tube inward. |
