Modified Straw Loading Method for Vitrification and Use thereof

The present invention relates to straw vitrification and, more specifically, to a deep freezing method of gametes using a method of attaching to a depressed area on an inner wall of a plastic straw. The method has a convenient injection process of the gametes and the enhanced recovery ratio and survival rate of the gametes after melting, thereby being useful in fields utilizing the deep freezing method of gametes.
