The present invention relates to a light guide plate and a back light unit comprising the same capable of improving hot spot phenomenon. The light guide plate includes: a light entrance part which a light emitted from a plurality of light sources enters; a light diffusion part which is formed in the light entrance part, and diffuses and scatters the light entered through the light entrance part; and a light guide part which is formed in a body with the light entrance part as being prolonged from the light entrance part, and converts the light entered through the light diffusion part into a plane light by guiding the light. |
