<p>The present invention relates to an open smart appcessory for the peripheral devices of a smart device and applets therefor, and a method for expanding the functions of the smart device by using the hardware platform (H/W Platform), and includes: a first appcessory platform connected to a smart device through protocol matching for each I/F(Interface) so as to operate expanding the functions of the smart device; a second appcessory platform connected to the smart device or the first appcessory platform through protocol matching for each I/F(Interface) so as to operate expanding the functions of the smart device; and the smart device for expanding the function of one of the appcessories connected through protocol matching for each I/F (Interface) to an additional function. Thus, the smart device with limited interfaces for connecting with a peripheral device may continuously expand the functions through the hardware platform of an appcessory.</p> |
