<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly sequence generation system for generating assembly sequence of assembling parts based on assembly movement and assembly order that avoid interference with adjacent parts. <P>SOLUTION: The assembly sequence generation system for generating an assembly sequence for sequentially assembling plural parts constituting the assembling parts comprises: a part-layout and adjacent relationship acquiring section that acquires a piece of information on a layout of each of plural parts and a relationship with other adjacent parts from a CAD; an assembly unit setting section that sets assembly unit of plural parts; an assembly sequence generating section that generates an assembly sequence of the plural parts so to avoid interference with adjacent parts based on the parts layout and the parts relationship with adjacent parts acquired by the part-layout and adjacent relationship acquiring section and the assembly unit set by the assembly unit setting section; and an assembly animation generating section that generates a camera viewpoint for monitoring assembling movement of the plural parts and movement of the assembly thereof based on the assembly sequence generated by the assembly sequence generating section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
