<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer working device capable of suppressing a malfunction in manufacture and saving operation energy in the manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer working device includes: a plurality of metal molds, which forms a workpiece by relative movement of punches 101-104 and dies 201-204; and a workpiece transferring device 601, which transfers a workpiece 500 among the plurality of metal molds. The transfer working device sequentially forms the workpieces with the plurality of metal molds. When using at least one of a punch and a die as a to-be-measured metal mold, a first metal mold, which conducts former press-forming, has: a strain measuring means 702, which is set inside the to-be-measured metal mold and measures the elastic distortion generated in the to-be-measured metal mold according to a stroke in press-forming; and a control means, which, when the elastic distortion is more than or less than the predetermined range, predicts abnormality in press-forming and controls at least one of press load and forming speed of a second metal mold, which conducts latter press-forming. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
