摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus which can variously operate fine particles and the like included in a solution using only one laser source in a noncontact manner, and inexpensively and simply forms a dynamic array formed of a large number of fine particles and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The method and apparatus for arraying the fine particles includes: splitting a laser beam emitted from one beam source into a first beam and a second beam of which polarization components are perpendicular to each other; forming a composite light trap portion from the first beam and the second beam using a phase control by a spatial light modulator and a scan control by a mirror; and thereby forming a dynamic array formed of a large number of fine particles using fine particles included in a solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
