<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and an image forming device capable of preventing delay of warm-up time for heating a fixing belt to a predetermined temperature and preventing the occurrence of a fixing failure due to the instability of the temperature of the fixing belt while maintaining the carrying properties of the fixing belt. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure receiving member 22 for forming a fixing nip part N by receiving a pressure from a pressure roller 31 through a fixing belt 21 is disposed in an internal space surrounded by the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt 21. The pressure receiving member 22 has a nip forming part 22a facing the fixing nip part N through the fixing belt 21 so as to form the fixing nip part N, a slide-contact part 22b in sliding contact with at least one position other than the fixing nip part N in the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt 21 and a connection part for connecting the nip forming part 22a and the slide-contact part 22b so as to stretch the fixing belt 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
