<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge amplifier that makes a signal independent of leakage current by utilizing two analog switches, another analog switch, and a reset circuit for discharging a charge signal in preventing an inflow to an input terminal of an operational amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: The charge amplifier for converting a charge signal from a piezoelectric sensor into a voltage signal includes: a series connection of an analog switch S1 and an analog switch S2 connected in parallel with an integrating capacitor 7 connected to an output terminal 6 of an operational amplifier 2 and an operational amplifier input end 3; an analog switch S3 connected between the connection point of the analog switch S1 and the analog switch S2 and a ground point; and the reset circuit for discharging the charge signal stored in the integrating capacitor through the switches S1 and S2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
