<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin latex which is reduced in the foaming of the latex in the step of the recovery of an unreacted monomer which remains in the latex under heating and reduced pressure condition. <P>SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-based resin latex includes a copolymer including polyvinyl chloride and epoxy group containing vinyl, and does not includes a surfactant, wherein the epoxy group containing vinyl in the copolymer is 3 wt.% or more, and solid content concentration in the vinyl chloride-based resin latex is 25 wt.% or more.
