The present invention relates to a method and a system to display a regenerative braking efficiency of an eco-friendly vehicle capable of inducing a driver′s proper braking habit by displaying the efficiency of a regenerative braking with respect to the total braking when the eco-friendly vehicle brakes, and improving the vehicle′s performance. An embodiment of the present invention for the same is the method to display the regenerative braking efficiency of the eco-friendly vehicle, and includes: a step of calculating the total braking when the vehicle brakes; a step of calculating a rate of the regenerative braking included in the total braking; a step of determining whether the eco-friendly vehicle is stopped or not by braking; and a step of displaying the calculated regenerative braking rate on a cluster when the eco-friendly vehicle is stopped by braking.
