<p>The present invention relates to a transparent and hypoallergenic composition for cleansing and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition for body cleansing, especially for face cleansing, which has transparent and hypoallergenic properties by removing problems caused by anionic surfactant and fatty acid in production of a transparent cleanser. The cosmetic composition of the present invention has excellent qualities in terms of transparent bubbles, detergency, stable transparency, and low irritation. Furthermore, the cosmetic composition is a transparent gel type composition with a slight preservative function, not including preservatives, thereby enabling production of nonaseptic cosmetics.</p> |
