<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify bending processing of a metal plate, reduce processing costs, and improve strength. <P>SOLUTION: The door is constituted by fixing the first metal plate 1 and the second metal plate 2 on the surface of a pair of vertical frames 4. The first metal plate 1 is provided with a U-bent cover 11 in which one sidewall 4Y of the vertical frame 4A on the groove-shaped door-tip side is inserted, and an engagement groove 13 provided at the tip edge of the U-bent cover 11 is arranged on the inside of the sidewall 4Y. The second metal plate 2 has a cover bending part 14 which blocks the opening 4Z of the vertical frame 4A on the groove-shaped door-tip side, and the tip of the cover bending part 14 is bent inside and is made a laminated bending part 15. The door is constituted by inserting the sidewall 4Y of the vertical frame 4A on the door-tip side to the U-bent cover 11 of the first metal plate 1 and by inserting the tip of the laminated bending part 15 of the second metal plate 2 to the engagement groove 13 of the first metal plate 1. Furthermore, the inside bending part 16 of the first metal plate 1 and that of the second metal plate 2 are placed along the outer peripheral surface of the vertical frame 4B on the door-tail side, and the first metal plate 1 and the second metal plate 2 are connected to the vertical frame 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
