<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece posture detection device, a workpiece processing device, and a workpiece posture detection method capable of eliminating any workpiece positioning of high accuracy, and detecting the position and the posture of a roughly positioned workpiece with excellent accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A first vision camera 7 picks up an image of a first reference hole 17 of a cab 2 in the working posture from the two-dimensional detection position, and the rough displacement of the cab 2 in the working posture with respect to the reference position is temporarily computed by obtaining the position of the first reference hole 17 by analyzing the picked-up image. When the rough displacement is computed, a coating gun 4c and sealing guns 5c, 6c are controlled, and the coating gun 4c and the sealing guns 5c, 6c are set to the first and second correction positions. Second to fourth vision cameras 8, 9, 10 which are set to the second to fourth viewing angles smaller than the first viewing angle of the first vision camera 7 pick up the images of the first to third reference holes 17, 18, 19 of the cab 2 in the working posture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
