<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine in which, even if an amount of projection of the backside of a game board is changed by replacing a game component with a component of another model of a machine etc., gaps from a board unit to the replaced game component can be reduced without using a spacer member. <P>SOLUTION: Even if an amount of projection of a variable prize winning device 32 on the backside of a game board becomes smaller than before caused by replacing a variable prize winning device 32, by single component replacement, with that of another model of the machine, a board box 263 can be brought close to the replaced variable prize winning device 32 by more deeply inserting a projection member 430 into a cylinder 440 of the game board 30.
