The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for supporting the control of content conveniently by managing a list of content output in a pop-up window or multi-window mode. A method for controlling content in a mobile electronic device includes the steps of: selecting at least one first content from a webpage; checking whether a second content is being played back; checking whether an input for registering the first content in a list is received when it is confirmed that the second content is being played back; and storing information on the webpage from which the first content is obtained and registering the first content in the list, when it is confirmed that the input is received.
