Provided are a power reducing method and a server thereof. The method of reducing power of a device located at a certain space comprises the following steps: (a) sensing whether a user is present at the certain space, environment information of the certain space and one of the certain behaviors against the device; (b) and controlling the device according to the sensing result and surrounding devices matched with the device to be cooperated. In the step (b), the device and surrounding devices are controlled based on a cooperation layer defining the priorities.
