The present invention relates to a high-reflection LED module for a lighting and a manufacturing method thereof. The high-reflection LED module for a lighting is excellent in a luminous efficiency and radiant heat effect by minimizing light loss. The high-reflection LED module for a lighting comprises: a printed circuit board (100) of which a circuit pattern (120) is printed on an upper side of a base plate (110) molded of a synthetic resin; a high-reflection coating layer (140) which is coated on an upper side of the printed circuit board (100) so as to form a margin portion (102) of which the circuit pattern (120) is partially exposed; and an LED device (200) which is arranged in the margin portion (102) and is mounted on the printed circuit board (100) so as to apply an electric current to the circuit pattern (120). The high-reflection coating layer (140) is formed by coating a high-reflection white coating solution containing a white pigment composition made of 90 to 94 wt% of titanium dioxide, 2.5 to 4.5 wt% of alumina, and 1.5 to 5.5 wt% of silica. |
