<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easily and inexpensively a practical and highly-safe preparation capable of percutaneously administering a therapeutic dose of fentanyl stably for long hours by a plaster containing fentanyl, and preventing abuse by a rational means, while keeping an essential function as the plaster. <P>SOLUTION: In the plaster having a support and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, the pressure sensitive adhesive layer contains 1-10 mass% of fentanyl and/or its salt as a medicine, 0.1-10 mass% of a solid component, and (meth)acrylate copolymer not having a polar functional group as an adhesive base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
