<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural implement capable of appropriate tilling operations. <P>SOLUTION: The agricultural implement 1 includes at least two first and second front working elements 11a and 11b each having a front reversing plate 15. The agricultural implement 1 includes at least two first and second rear working elements 12a and 12b each having a rear reversing plate 25. The distance between the front reversing plate 15 of the first front working element 11a and the rear reversing plate 25 of the first rear working element 12a which are adjacent to each other so that their respective front faces face each other on frontal view is a predetermined long distance A. The distance between the front reversing plate 15 of the second front working element 11b and the rear reversing plate 25 of the second rear working element 12b which are adjacent to each other so that their respective front faces face each other on frontal view is a predetermined long distance A.
