<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood chip manufacturing apparatus that can manufacture the wood chip with high-quality preventing clogging of the wood chip. <P>SOLUTION: A plane part 6 includes: a cutting blade 24 of a flat blade shape that is arranged in the rear position of the cutting direction (rotating direction) of the plane opening 22, and of which blade edge projects obliquely upward; and a receiving blade 26 that is arranged at the plane opening part to become the front position of the cutting direction to this cutting blade, and of which blade edge is facing to obliquely upward toward the blade edge of the cutting blade. The blade edge of the receiving blade includes: a flat blade part 28 of the flat blade shape; a plurality of feather picking parts 28 that is integrally formed with the given pitch in the width direction of this flat blade part and projects in a linear fashion. Then, the plane part that has been moved to the lower part of the wood supply part by the rotation of a spinning disk forms a plurality of feather picking grooves 32 on the wood by a plurality of feather picking parts of the receiving blade receiving the wood W from the under side, and the blade edge of the cutting blade generates the wood chip WT by cutting the part between the feather picking grooves formed on the wood. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
